We use mixed (quantitative and qualitative) methods to study and address disparities in chronic inflammatory skin diseases (e.g., psoriasis, atopic dermatitis) with an aim to achieve health equity in dermatology. In addition to providing excellent patient care, faculty in the IU School of Medicine Department of Dermatology are dedicated to expanding knowledge about many types of skin conditions and treatments through laboratory research and clinical trials.
